Charlotte Pratt

Hi! I'm Mrs. Pratt, the owner of It Starts With Luv Learning Center. In addition to all the fantastic teachers in our center, I'll be your director. So, after you enroll, I'll stay in close contact to ensure you have a great experience!

My background is in Early Childhood Education, and more than 20 years of experience in teaching. My passion is to create a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to learn and grow. Children learn in diverse ways including hands-on, play-based, and in natural surroundings. My primary focus is to prepare children of all ages for their future growth and development.

Mr. Marlon

Hello, I’m Mr. Marlon I attended Southwestern Iowa Community College and Northwestern Louisiana St, where I played basketball and obtained a degree in business management.

I've worked as an academic Interventionist where I provided one-on-one interventions that often raised 3 grade levels in reading. In my free time, I love watching and playing sports, fishing, and refurbishing houses.

Miss Luvenia

Hi! I’m Luvenia, the newest teacher aide team member at ISWLLC. I graduated from high school in June 2024 and am new to the childcare field.

I’ve always been passionate about working with children of all ages and helping them learn, grow, and develop. In my spare time, I enjoy listening to music and drawing. 

Mrs. Dominique

Hey everyone, I'm Mrs. Dominique, and I love being a preschool educator at ISWLLC! An awesome goal is to ensure all the kids have an awesome time. I've been working with children for over 23 years, and I'm also a proud mom of an 8-year-old daughter and a 7-year-old son.

I earned my CDA in 2019, and seeing the kids grow and develop is incredibly rewarding. In my spare time, I love hanging out with my family, chilling, and going on vacations.

Miss Kamilah

Hey there! I'm Miss Kamilah, the toddler teacher for our Love, Peace, and Joy classroom. I've been part of the It Starts With Luv Learning Center family for 5 wonderful years, and I've loved every minute! Working with families and watching our children grow and learn has been a joy.

I'm a proud mother of three amazing children: a 13-year-old boy, a 15-year-old girl, and my oldest, a 16-year-old girl. I love catching up on sleep on my days off and snuggling up to watch a good movie on Tubi. And let me tell you, Christmas is my all-time favorite holiday! There's just something magical about the season - enjoying delicious food and listening to Christmas tunes with my kids. It's simply the best!
